The next invoice in three moves
Two letters are enough
Type the start of the name. Address, currency and tax come with it.
From your saved work
A line fills itself from the item: text, unit, price and tax rate. You can still change it.
The invoice is ready
Spoonbill works out the number, tax and total. You check and send.
What belongs to the client, and what to the item
What you set once, you never type again.
Clients

Some you would rather remind yourself — one switch.

Still editable
What comes from the item, you can change on the line.
Questions
How many clients and items can I save?
As many as you like, on every plan. Free only limits the documents sent each month.
Does changing an item change old invoices?
No. A sent invoice keeps what it said. The new price applies from the next line.
Can I save an item in another currency?
Yes. Leave the currency empty and your account currency applies.
Are clients and items on the iPhone too?
Yes. The same list as on the web, with the same account.
Type it once, bill it again and again.
Add your first client — the second invoice goes faster.
