The whole invoice, with its payment part
IBAN and reference, once
Enter your IBAN and choose the reference. The Creditor Reference works with your ordinary IBAN.
The payment part sits at the bottom
Every invoice in CHF or EUR gets the receipt and the payment part, with QR code, amount and reference.
Scanned in the banking app
Your client opens the invoice, taps Show the payment part and scans the code — or pays at the post office.
With your IBAN or with a QR-IBAN
You decide which reference the payment part carries.
Creditor Reference with an ordinary IBAN
Nothing to request from the bank: the payment part carries an RF reference to the invoice.
QR reference with a QR-IBAN
If your bank gives you a QR-IBAN, the payment part carries the QR reference. Spoonbill checks that it really is a QR-IBAN.

Questions
Does the QR-bill cost anything?
It is part of Pro. With Pro, every invoice in CHF or EUR carries the payment part.
Do I need a QR-IBAN?
No. With the Creditor Reference your ordinary IBAN works. You need a QR-IBAN only for the QR reference.
Which currencies does the payment part come in?
CHF and EUR. An invoice in another currency goes out without a payment part; you can still send it.
Does the free invoice generator make a QR-bill?
No. The payment part is only on invoices from your Spoonbill account.
