Invoice reminders that Spoonbill sends for you

Set it once, never chase again
Three stages, your days
A heads-up before the due date, then two reminders after it. You set the days and a note in your own words once.
Polite, with the link to the invoice
Your client gets an email with the link. The page says how long the invoice has been due and how to pay it.
Paid, and it goes quiet
Once the payment is recorded, no more reminders go out — and your client’s page says thank you.
By hand or automatic
Without Pro you remind with one click. With Pro you no longer have to think about it.
One click per reminder
“Send reminder” on the overdue invoice sends the same email whenever you like — at most one a day.
All three stages on their own
The heads-up, the first and the second reminder go out on time for as long as the invoice is open.
What payment reminders do
Three stages
A heads-up before the due date, two reminders after it.
Your days
You decide how many days before and after the due date.
Personal note
One sentence in your words, under every reminder.
Muted per client
Some clients you would rather remind yourself — one tick on the client.
Stops when paid
Paid is paid: nothing goes out after that.
All in the history
Every reminder is listed on the invoice, with its date.
Questions
What do automatic payment reminders cost?
They are part of Pro. On Free you send each reminder yourself, with one click on the invoice.
When does each reminder go out?
Unless you change it: a heads-up 2 days before the due date, the first reminder 3 days after it, the second after 7 days. You set the days yourself.
Is it a formal demand for payment?
No. Spoonbill sends polite reminders with the link to the invoice. It does not write formal demand letters.
What if my client has already paid?
Once the payment is recorded on the invoice, the reminders stop. With card payments that happens on its own.
Never chase an invoice again.
Set the reminders once — Spoonbill asks politely until it is paid.
